From beginning to end the experience of having Rachel and her crew install my new roof was easy and stress free. The work was done with quality and care. Performance Roofing, Inc. did a fabulous job fixing up my house due to storm and wind damage. Everyone that was assigned to work at my house was professional, detailed in their work, and timely. The roofers were neat and careful when they replaced my roof. The painter did a fantastic job repairing the ceiling in my bedroom. The window guys fixed my windows to look like new, and the fence specialist was very careful and knowledgeable when he power washed/stained my fence. I would highly recommend this company.

Racheal was great to work with. After initial contact, she was over with hours to help tarp the roof to prevent further damage. She explained the process of having our roof replaced and how to get things started with our insurance company. The crew did an excellent job with replacing our roof and cleanup afterwards. I had major damage after the winter storm in 2021 that caused an interior leak. Rachael came out immediately and tarped the roof to prevent more damage plus started the insurance process that day! She walked me through every step and was on-site during all of the work to make sure I was happy and answer my questions. After the roof work they repaired the interior sheet rock and painted. It’s been almost a year and I’ve had zero problems and many compliments on my beautiful new roof! I would suggest Rachael and Performance Roofing to everyone!!

They worked quickly and were done in less than2.5 days.They underestimated the materials needed,so they had to return to finish the job, but we were given a discount as compensation. Couldn't have asked for better service. I called 2 other companies for quotes on gutters before calling Will and Daniel; neither called back. I sent in a request here and was immediately called back. The team showed up when I was told they would, and got to work. I had errands to run the day of service but was told I didn't need to be home. I ran my errands, came back and they had already finished, cleaned up, and left. Daniel emailed me an invoice, and I was able to pay it over the phone. A few days later, we had a major rain storm, and the gutters did their job perfectly.

I've recently hired Performance Roofing to fix an area of my roof that was leaking water into my garage anytime we had heavy rain. This issue had been ongoing for a few years, and I've had two other roofing companies throughout this time try to correct the matter, but to no avail. When I contacted Performance Roofing, I was immediately connected with a representative named Andy. I explained my situation to him, and within a day or two he was on my roof inspecting the damaged area. Almost instantly, Andy was able to locate the exact spot that was giving me problems. He also pointed out other areas of concern on my roof that the other companies I had previously hired (one as recently as six weeks ago) failed to mention. Andy explained what needed to be done in order to fix the issue, and he had a repairman at my house within the week to make the needed repairs. As of now, everything seems to be holding up just fine. Andy and his crew were very courteous and professional throughout this process. The pricing was very fair; to the point I'd probably just use them from now on for any home related matters that needs repairing. Thank you, Andy and Performance Roofing, for a job well done!

I had a previous company (knocking on door sales people) that told me my whole roof need to be replaced. It was not the case with Daniel and I really admire his honesty which is hard to find these days. He showed up on time and got the job done in no time. They did a phenomenal job. This will always be my roofing company if I need anything in the future for any home improvement projects or roof replacement. I didn’t realize finding a reliable roofer would be so difficult. The first three quickly came out to check out my roof, but then I couldn’t get any of them back on the phone. So, I checked the Good Contractor’s List and found Performance Roofing. They were professional from the start, answering all questions and shockingly, responding right away to all calls and text messages. They made many promises and kept every one of them. They even put me in contact with a bank that offered financing just for roofs, at very competitive rates. Thanks Daniel! When I saw how beautiful my new roof and gutters turned out, I realized my shutters and trim were looking worn. Their painting division was able to take care of this quickly, reasonably and did a top-quality job. Again, the work was done exactly as they had promised. Thanks Will! I told several of my neighbors, but wanted to let a broader audience hear my praises of Performance!
I made an appointment with Jeff to have my gutters measured for gutter guards. He was on time for the appointment and was very polite and personable. He was knowledgeable and answered all my questions. The crew he sent to my home arrived on time and respected my property. After the installation, all the leaves and dirt had been bagged and ready for trash pickup. I will refer them to people in the future and will continue to use them again for any of my projects.

Jordan and Rachel are an amazing team! We initially started with a gutter quote, then had hail damage. They offered to inspect the roof again and we were able to file a claim. As it turns out, Performance Roofing has preferred vendor status with Farmer's (our insurance company). They made recommendations for roofing materials, upgrading gutters to 6" with 4X3 downspouts and they painted the exterior trim and siding. Amazing results. Looks like a different house. The QC process is excellent and they personally came back to inspect. Paint touch ups were done without asking. Performance Roofing (and Painting) have earned a loyal customer. We went with Armstrong's Pinnacle Pristine (black), dark brown gutters and Sherwin Williams exterior super paint, color = Sealskin. It toned down the red brick and really pulled out the dark notes in the brick. We have received many compliments and look forward to working with them during our annual roof inspections.

Rick and Rachel are great, they inspected the roof and told me what areas I need to look out for in the future due to builder defects but no urgent repairs are needed. They also gave me a quote for roof replacement per my request and explained the process of how they’ll proceed with the construction if I decide to move forward. There were no trip fees/consultation fees or any surprise fees that you’ll only know after they arrive at the property. You can tell they are honest people who actually care and not just trying to push the sales just so they can earn money off you. Andy handled all details of a difficult situation with our church insurance company. He kept us constantly updated, even taking time to attend a ZOOM meeting with our board to answer questions. My sales rep Ryan, came to take a look at my roof. He noticed the roof was in good condition and a full repair/replacement was not needed. But he did say there was a small hole or crack which was causing a leak in my dining room. Ryan patched up the crack, free of charge, and went on his way. It’s very good to know your roofer is honest and trustworthy, especially when you aren’t a subject area expert in roofing. Whenever I do need to replacement my roof, I will be calling ryan and Performance roofing!
Recently, I looked for a company to do my gutters on my home. Within a few minutes of inquiring about having this done, I was contacted by Performance Roofing. The representative I worked with was anxious and professional in seeking my business. I elected to have him come out and give me an estimate. He showed up on the date and time he proposed and in short period time I was given the estimate. I agreed to go with the estimate and he set up the install date. The one thing that stood out was when the installer showed up on the scheduled date, he felt he did not possess all of the material necessary to complete the work. After looking over the project he recommended he return a couple of days later with all he needed to complete the job. What in impressed me was the fact that rather than do part of the work and then have to return was not the right way to do this. Especially considering the matching of the gutter color to the house color was important. So, doing it right all at once and with the same color on all the materials needed was quality thinking through and through. And the final result reflects that totally. If this is how their team members do business then they are well worth looking at for your needs. I am glad I did.

I recently had a consultation with Mark, who reviewed a recent bid from another roofing contractor. He provided valuable insights to address my concerns. From start to finish, he demonstrated true professionalism, and I would not hesitate to contact Mark again should we experience any storm damage in the future.
I invited Performance Roofing to inspect and offer quote for replacing the small metal roof that sits atop the bay window at the front of the house. A small job, it would require les thana half-day. Despite the small scope, Dalton (the Performance Roofing rep) treated the work, and treated me with extraordinary respect and attention to every detail. I was non-plussed with the professionalism. I elected to use the roofer who had replaced the whole house roof about 6-weeks prior; who was able to present a materially lesser price because of their recent large roofing project. I am confident, based on the effort Performance made on the current de minimus project, that their professionalism on a whole-house roof would exceed any standard.
Our sales rep responded quickly and followed through with our estimate. We had to place the repair on hold for 1-2 months. Landon followed up and scheduled our work order with a great crew. Orlando communicated his procedure and was very professional in all matters of our repair to our ceiling. They covered everything up and did a great job. After repairs they cleaned and left out home in order. This is the third time we have used this company and they don't disappoint. I know what I'm getting and know the quality of work to expect. Their the best.

FINALLY honest, timely and straightforward customer service! We reached out to Performance Roofing in the middle of the night when our roof started leaking. We left a message with the answering service and early the next morning we received a text from someone in the office confirming our message, then around 7am the owner/manager reached out via text letting us know a tech had been assigned and would be reaching out shortly. Around 9am Rachael reached out confirming we were still in need of a visit and said she'd be on her way to check things out and give us an estimate. The visit & estimate would be free! Rachael was so kind, so joyful and straightforward. I showed her inside our home where the leak was, what our middle of the night investigating had uncovered & what we'd done. She went into the attic to check it out closer and then stepped outside for further inspection. Once Rachael was done, she showed me all the detailed images of the issues in our roof, some from wear & tear, some from a poorly installed cable dish, some from wood rot, etc. Not only did she use photos, she flew a drone over the roof to show me in real-time some additional issues she'd found. Not for one moment did she exaggerate issues or create issues for more work or money. Every single item was clear & she had a very clear solution for each item as well. She worked up an estimate line-by-line and a timeline to get it done. It was the first time I'd worked with a contractor who left me feeling confident in the honesty of the estimate. We needed the roof to be dry so 48hours later the team arrived. They tracked the radar and began working. They completed the roof and were even able to match our 7 year old shingles! The crew cleaned up after themselves and didn't leave a single item behind. Rachael called to make sure they'd cleaned up and to let me know they'd be returning to paint the vents at a later date. They returned a week or so later to paint the vent pipes for added protection. All in all I would 100% recommend Performance Roofing to anyone! If you're able to request someone, I'd highly recommend Rachael. She was incredible. Even after the job was complete she called to make sure we were happy with how it all turned out.

Mark is a real straight shooter. Everything he said up front he came thru on and then some. I had not put a roof on in forty years and many houses ago. He was so patient explaining the process and all of my options. Then, when it was time for the work to start everything happened on or ahead of schedule. He inspected all of the work and made sure I was completely happy with EVERYTHING before he would accept final payment. Mark even got up on his ladder and did a little touch up painting that I don't even think was part of the roof job. Overall best experience I have had with any contractor in dfw. Called for an inspection after hailstorm damage. Mark came out on a Sunday (only day I'm avaiable) to check everything out and get the estimate going. Anytime I had any questions or concerns they were promptly addressed. Roof went on in a day the crew was great and mindful of the property during tear off and replacement. Gutters were installed quickly as well and look amazing. I could not recommend performance roofing more especially Mark with how attentive to detail he is and making everything as easy as possible.

Definitely 5 stars for Performance Roofing. I had Facia damage from past rainstorms and substandard materials used by the builder. Jordan, from Performance Roofing, explained all my available options, cost and time frames. Once the repairs started (sooner than I initially hoped) Jordan kept me advised of all aspects of the project from beginning to end. Great customer service!!! The crews they use, from carpenters to gutter installation, are friendly, professional and hard working. Let me add a footnote….. I contacted 5 roofing companies and got everything from “We’ll try to find a subcontractor” to “It’ll be a couple of months…” to no call back at all. Performance Roofing does it all and at a fair price.

So used them for my roof awesome then had some issues with a leak. Had a little trouble getting it located till Rachel got involved. Hands down awesome person. Very nice professional and went above and beyond for me. Came out personally looked at a couple things , then did a water test and in minutes found the leak. After that got me a quote on the repairs and other items I wanted done. Did everything possible to make sure I was able to get what needed to be done. Like many people with this last storm, I got hit hard and the rain just didn’t stop. Shingles were blown off Tuesday. I called two roofing companies and was told they’d call me back, understandably they were busy, and I naively waited for those calls. Very impressed with the professionalism and high integrity of Performance Roofing! The estimator Jeff visited our house yesterday to check our gutters (due to recent minor water damage to the brick). After a thorough examination on his ladder, he concluded that there were no major problems (very clean gutters; no blockage) and that the only solution needed was DIY simple gutter caulking (to seal the open gaps at the end caps to prevent water from dripping on the brick). It was a huge relief to hear such an honest and straightforward estimate from Performance Roofing...especially after a different gutter company had just presented an extremely high proposal to do unnecessary gutter cleaning (on already clean gutters), unnecessary leaf guards (with few trees present), and splash guards (not needed with properly sealed end caps). Jeff was amazing and very patient in answering my questions! Definitely recommend a company that puts the customer's needs first!

Mat Dutton with Performance Roofing did an awesome job. We needed attic venting installed in our new home. He came out to provide the quote, made sure the solution met our needs and spent extra time finding the right shingles to match ours (ours were discontinued). The team is very professional, prepared before and cleaned after. You’d never know they were there when they were done. The vents seamlessly disappear into the room. I seldom write reviews, but the service I received from Brendan, Brett, Kaitlyn and the Austin Performance Roofing crew was top-notch from my first contact through the replacement of our new roof followed by the replacement of our gutters. Every communication, mostly by text or email, was answered promptly by Brenan or Kaitlyn. The crews were courteous and respectful, worked on the promised schedules and completed the roof in 1.5 days and the gutters in 2-3 hours. They did a great job on the cleanup, and Brendan continued to cleanup during our final walkthroughs. We are thrilled with the new roof and gutters and have had multiple complements on the roof from several of our neighbors. Couldn't believe how fast they were done all in one day cleaned up and all most take 3 days even had a handicap friend come over these guys took a break from their lunch to clear a path for him to my house and hey when they took off and finished wasn't no evidence of any trash left in my yard and I have the neighbors saying wow what a beautiful roof.

After a pretty significant hailstorm blew through early in the spring, our home was in need of repairs. Damage to the roof, gutters, garage doors, and a window were quickly apparent and we were in need of some help. I was pretty ignorant to how things worked, considering it would require an insurance claim and all that goes into the claim process, but I was educated on the process and things moved along painlessly. Again, Performance Roofing did not disappoint. Back in November, I needed to have a damaged gutter repaired. Rachael was assigned to my account. She was so professional & courteous!! She came out on time, provided the estimate & then set up the repair. Before I knew it, the repair was done! I originally chose Performance Roofing in the summer of 2020 for gutters, painting & other repairs. They did such a great job that I decided they would be my go-to for this type of work. October, 2022, a tree limb fell on my roof & damaged part of the gutter & roof. Performance Roofing saved the day with another high-quality repair & service. They worked closely with my insurance company to make sure everything was right. Then this past November, some work truck damaged part of the gutter. Gutters for sure can take a beating! And, as I said in the beginning, they did a great job!

In simple terms, here are the main steps:
You reach out to schedule your complimentary inspection
We meet you at the property to document all damage and discuss your repair or replacement options
We work directly with your insurance if needed.
If you approve your estimate, we will schedule a day to repair or install shortly after.
After the repair or install, we will come back for a final walk to make sure you are completely satisfied.
While we typically work 8-5pm, our consultants are able to meet you before or after work to be flexible during the week, and Saturdays are by appointment only. If you are calling in we are open 24/7. 8am-5pm you will get our office staff, 5-8pm you will get our after hours team, and 8pm-8am you will be able to leave a message with our answering service and we will call you right away the next morning.
